01Mill-grade verification
Every pack is graded at our Feroke mill before dispatch — species identity, grade classification, moisture content, dimension tolerance. A mill certificate accompanies each bundle.
02Chain-of-custody
FSC chain-of-custody certification tracks material from legal, sustainable forest source through our processing facility to the export container. Buyers in the EU and UK can rely on this documentation for their own compliance requirements.
03Export documentation
Phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, CITES permit (where required by species), bill of lading, packing list and COO issued as standard. Third-party inspection (SGS or equivalent) available on request.
